Wondernut is a Georgian hazelnut producing company present in two locations: Eniseli village, Kvareli municipality, and Lagodekhi town.
Wondernut, established in December 2018, is present in two locations: Eniseli village, Kvareli municipality and Lagodekhi town. These areas are well known for growing hazelnuts due to its fertile soil and amenable climate.
Currently, total hazelnut orchard area in these villages exceeds 4,000 hectares and average yield equals more than 4,000 tons, which accounts to 7% of total country’s production.
We produce hazelnut on more than 120 hectares in Kakheti Region and offer full package of post‑harvest handling services, that envisages hazelnut cleaning, drying and safe storing using modern equipment.
We have assembled team of extremely qualified experts who undergo continuous knowledge enhancement.
Andro
When it comes to “nuts and bolts” of nuts, no‑one is more qualified than Andro. He has been in hazelnut quality assurance for 7+ years. Andro undergoes continuous development through theoretical and practical knowledge upgrades on yearly basis. Andro is engaged in hazelnut processing from Day 1 of harvest and/or hazelnut procurement all the way through laboratory testing, drying, packaging and storing. He plays critical role in maintaining homogeneous quality of Wondernut’s hazelnuts.
